Our services are complimentary to many modalities such as yoga, meditation, exercise, massage, acupuncture and many more.

We are located in the Lakeview East Neighborhood of Chicago on the corner of Diversey and Burling. Just a few blocks from the lake and close to all major downtown hotels. We are very close to Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs), Wrigleyville, Northalsted, and Lincoln Park Neighborhoods.

What sets us apart is our Late Night On Demand Scheduling. This flexibility is great for busy professionals, parents, and students. We are open when other studios are closed.
