For well over a decade, I’ve been helping individual adults and couples improve their relationships and their self-esteem, overcome anxiety, stress, and depression, and deepen their connections with themselves and the world around them.

And the counseling and therapy services I offer are about a whole lot more than you telling me your problems while I sit and listen!

I fully engage with my clients and offer my genuine thoughts and opinions, as well as actionable feedback and advice when appropriate. In fact, much of what I do may be considered relationship or life coaching as much as counseling or psychotherapy.

But, regardless of any labels, I’m ready and able to help you examine your relationships and your life, overcome the uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or beliefs that are holding you back, and attain the insight and self-awareness necessary to achieve your goals and experience all the joy and abundance life has to offer.
